Protein anyone?

Determined! I am determined to get through my boot camp stations 4 complete times!! Every few weeks Tony sets up 3 stations with about 4 exercises in each with 10 minutes to get through it as many times as you can. Each time are different exercises. How often we rest is up to us, but we have 10 minutes per station. On average I get through 3.5 times. Grrrrr! I WILL get through 4 complete times, and what made it worse is that I asked Tony if anyone does 4 and, 2 people do! I am on a mission!!! Even if I am keeling over and my arm muscles are throbbing, I WILL do 4!! :)
Thank goodness for Tony! I am lucky to have him as a boot camp instructor. Since he has completed marathons and ironman's he has knowledge about things I don't. Mostly hungry Lynne. :) obviously my activity level has increased the past few weeks. I expressed my concern about running for such a short time and already being hungry and he told me that I may need to have to do gel packs every 45 minutes!! He said it's just the way my body works while I run. So bring on the fanny packs! I'm going to need to store those gel packs somewhere besides my sports bra! :) and did you know that when REAL training starts I'm going to have to make sure I'm eating my weight in grams of protein everyday! Holy eggs! Tony the tiger said that will also help me stay feeling full... I didn't know this running stuff was so detailed! Bring on the eggs, chicken, and peanut butter, this girl has to eat! :) Have a great weekend!!
